Monticello Place Subdivision is located in the wonderful city of Jeffersontown, Kentucky between Watterson Trail and Billtown Road. The subdivision is a deed restricted community that consists of 277 single family homes.
The Monticello Place Community Association (MPCA) has been established as a legal Kentucky corporation in accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (Deed Restrictions) that each property owner subscribed to when they purchased property in the subdivision. Each lot owner within the subdivision is a member of the Community Association. The Community Association is governed by a Board of active homeowner members elected by the membership attending the fall general membership meeting.
The goals of the Community Association include working to improve the quality of our neighborhood by encouraging compliance with our Deed Restrictions.
This web site is purposed to serve the residents of the neighborhood through regular updates and to provide a single point of contact for all. We want this website to serve your needs so we encourage you to provide your comments and suggestions for improvement.

September 12th, 2024 - Guidance on door to door solicitation
Jeffersontown City Hall requires and issues a business license to any company operating within the city limits.
As part of this process each company is informed of what subdivision solicitation is not allowed and Monticello Place is included and these businesses are informed of this information. The HOA expressed concern about the amount of solicitors we saw in the spring of this year and were told that only a few licenses had been issued by City Hall so they were surprised to hear about the number of solicitors. City Hall's recommendation is if a solicitor comes to your house, request to see their "permit" (or business license) which should be from the City of Jeffersontown.
If they do not have a permit, inform them one is required by the City of Jeffersontown and they should not be soliciting in MPCA.
Also, get the name of the business and call City Hall Licensing (502-267-8333 ext 217) to report that particular company.
